Remote channels service downtime on 5 March
We wish to advise our customers that due to a system upgrade, between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Sunday 5th March, we will experience intermittent downtime on the following channels:
- Internet Banking
- JuiceByMCB Seychelles (Mobile Banking)
- SMS Banking
- SMS Refill
Our card services, i.e ATM Withdrawals/Deposits, POS and Online card payments, will remain available.

Internet Banking service downtime on 12th March
We wish to advise our customers that due to a system upgrade, we will be experiencing a system downtime as from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Sunday 12th March 2023 on our Internet Banking platform. All our other services remains operational.
