Service interruption on 21st November 2020

We wish to advise our customers and the public in general that due to a system upgrade, there will be a service downtime on Saturday 21st November 2020 from 9:00 pm to 10:45 pm.

Whilst our card services (ATM withdrawals, POS and Online card payments) will remain available, there will be a disruption on the following channels:

- Internet Banking
- SMS Refill
- SMS Banking
- JuiceByMCB Seychelles (Mobile Banking)
