NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

Remote channels service interruption

We wish to advise our customers and the public in general that due to a system upgrade, there will be a service downtime on Saturday 16th November 2019 from 11p.m. to midnight. Whilst our other card services will remain available, there will be interruptions on the following remote services:
  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • SMS Banking
  • MCB SEY Refill
  • MCB SEY JUICE
