MCB Relocates to Larger Branch in Providence

In an aim to continuously improve our customer experience and to support the growing business community in the country, MCB have relocated its services in Providence to a much larger, spacious and comfortable branch in the newly built KD Emporium Building.

The opening ceremony was held on Monday 4th February in the presence of the Minister of Finance, the Governor and Deputy Heads of the Central Bank of Seychelles, other distinguished guests, staff and the press. “Our customers will now have the flexibility and convenience to conduct their banking transactions outside of Victoria and for many, within walking distance to their businesses.” said Managing Director, Bernard Jackson during his opening remarks.

For several years, MCB operated a small business counter in this area but the new branch will now serve both individual and business customers. This new branch is also the first out of all of MCB’s branches in Seychelles to use digital screens as a means of communication. Over the coming weeks these screens will also be installed in all other MCB branches.
